Chef Marshall and team always knock it out of the park. Make sure to try the artichoke dip and edible spoons! Chef has catered many events I’ve attended and is always the highlight.
Chef Marshall came highly recommended and exceeded the reviews. He served 50+ for my surprise birthday party for my husband. The Shrimp Boil was amazing - shrimp, sausage, potatoes, corn, mushrooms and asparagus beautifully presented with a minty watermelon salad to complement. The shrimp were spiced just right and cooked to perfection. He and his wife are both personable and were there to make sure everyone had what they wanted. My compliments and thanks to the chef.. Coastal Catering catered my husband and my Galveston wedding this past weekend, and the dinner was many people's favorite part of the evening!!! Chef Marshall is an easy going and personable chef. For our passed horderves we had deviled eggs, Texas kisses and the filled parmesan spoons - I was able to sample every one and loved them all.
