Cuban Restaurants in Galveston, TX

“Ive visited many Cuban restaurants in the past. When I came across this one on social media, I had to give it a try… AND IM GLAD I DID! This restaurant gets additional points for being away from busy Houston and all of its traffic. This small restaurant hit the spot and brought all of the home cooked feels back. We ordered several different dishes and each one of them tasted absolutely amazing. We ordered the arroz con pollo, 5 stars! We ordered the picadillo, 5 stars! We ordered the ropa vieja, 5 stars! Finally we ordered the ropa vieja tacos, 5 stars! We topped our meals off with guava and cream cheese empanadas with a scoop of ice cream along with a cafe cubano, 20 stars! I love this place and will definitely be back. Our waitress, Sienna, was the best. She was attentive and very polite. She went above and beyond to ensure our visit was everything we thought it would be and then some! We will be asking for her when we return.“
