Let me tell you about my evening at the Shrimp Shack in Galveston—it was the kind of experience that makes you want to write poetry about fried seafood. The shrimp? Perfectly golden, crispy, and so fresh I swear they waved at me from the fryer. Each bite was like a little crunchy hug from the Gulf.

The shrimp was so FRESH! We ordered the bbq and the Buffalo shrimp. It was perfectly prepared and beautifully cooked. We CANNOT wait to go back and have been recommending it to all our friends!!
