I had midnight tacos on the night of the fourth of July at El Jefe. The owner is a very respectful and passionate man who clearly loves what he does very much, and it shows in both his service and his food. The birria tacos are the real deal! But the nachos are round corn tortilla chips covered in ballpark cheese sauce with jalapeños on the side. I haven’t had movie theater nachos in decades but I couldn’t stop eating these.
