Horrible service and very rude bartenders

Gloria (the owner) is the best and very friendly to new or regular customers. She has been in business for 50 plus years and most of her business is locals but when new customers come in they are made to feel like a local. She has had a hard time finding any new bartenders who want to work but the place has a good atmosphere and one side is smoking while the other is non-smoking. Some of the best pool players on the island meet there regularly for a friendly game. Highly recommended.

I see in there reviews about how rude they are extremely rude.They don't care how much you drink even if it kills an innocent family of 4 and that's what they did just to make a buck. Their bartender Gil Garcia has been arrested in aiding for manslater.

Get with the times, or get left behind: How do you not accept credit cards as a business in 2022? Also there isn't any liquor so is this really a "bar" like it's categorized in maps? This place is stuck in the pre 2000's with sh*t like this.

We came to Gloria's yesterday afternoon to watch the Astros game. We've been here many times in the past and always had a good experience.This time, the bartender was RUDE and confrontational. We probably won't be back during the day.

Very laid back. Loved that they had a smoking and non smoking rooms.
Great place to go for a beer. Really good bartenders.
