This is one of Galveston's hidden gems; you will not regret eating here. I daydream all week about the 'pizza' foglio. The food is so good, I have to limit myself to coming once a week; I cannot afford to move up a pant size.

This restaurant is so cute and intimate inside, with lots of outside seating too. Good date night/lunch! I had the rigatoni Alla vodka and is was so flavorful. No regrets.

This was a wonderful spot with extremely friendly staff and delicious food. Highly recommend for breakfast - and I don’t doubt that lunch and dinner would be amazing here as well.

This place is a hidden gem! Everyone at our table ordered something different and all food was equally excellent. Pricing was reasonable. Service was excellent! Everyone who goes to Galveston needs to visit this restaurant!

The Owner of this Establishment, Angela Gonzalo is an absolute disgrace of a human being. I wish I could give zero stars on her behavior alone. You can’t sit through lunch without watching her berate her teenage employees to which she can never seem to retain very long. The QR codes on the table are her only way of doing business because she treats everyone around her less than human. I’m sure she won’t go anywhere due to the proximity to UTMB and lack of general morality of my coworkers and students but I for one will never step foot in anything she is a part of again.

1 star — and that’s being generous.
I called ahead to ask a simple question about the menu — pasta or sandwich, what do you recommend? Instead of a helpful answer, the staff member responded with “honey, it’s on what you can afford” in a completely condescending and rude tone. Absolutely no excuse for speaking to a customer that way.
To make matters worse, I had a medical emergency and had to go to the hospital, so I was unable to pick up my order. When I called to explain the situation, instead of showing any basic human decency or concern, the staff member’s only focus was trying to get my credit card information over the phone. No empathy. No “I hope you’re okay.” Just pushy and inappropriate behavior during a vulnerable moment. This kind of customer service is unacceptable. I will not be returning and I would caution others before giving this place their business.

Warning, parking is very difficult, my friends and I were ticketed for parking in a residential area, one small no parking sign, 1/4 the size of a stop sign posted on a very tall pole is not at all easily visible. Other then an additional $30.00 for a nice lunch it will not be a place I will revisit, I know we were not the first to get a ticket, the owners should have warnings about the parking. Not considerate of their customers.

Best pizza on the island and among the best in Galveston, Harris, Montgomery, and Ft. Bend Counties. Unfortunately, you’ll have to plan around their newly limited hours weekdays for lunch. But very much worth it. Highly recommend the Margherita Pizza and the Cacio E Pepe Pasta with Arugula and mushrooms. Don’t miss the Key Lime Pie as well. Not to be missed. Nice patio available for enjoying your take out.

Want to start off the review saying the service was great. The cashier was very nice attentive and helpful. You will not wait too long for your food and it will be hot. I ordered the pepperoni pizza with onions and mushrooms. I give it a 4/10. Personally I did not like the mushrooms, the pizza was soggy but the crust was cooked too well. My friends rated the Soup of the day: poblano corn 7/10
And Pesto Alfredo chicken pasta 5.5/10.

Overall the vibe was nice to go and talk and socialize with friends after work. Must try the pineapple ginger fizz mocktail
