Fantastic food truck turned into a fantastic eatery.

Hughstons is definitely the new hotspot on Crystal Beach. The place itself encompasses the perfect casual beach eatery.

My breakfast bowl was delicious, everything was cooked perfectly. The coffee hit the spot and my waitress filled it up as fast as I could drink it. After breakfast I even took a cup out on the porch to enjoy the sun. (And write this review)

What an absolute gem of a place !!!
If I lived on Bolivar Island, I eat at this place every single day! Sadly I don't! I am a tourist leaving to return to New Zealand!
We were met with the warmest of welcomes, with genuine smiles by staff, seated without delay then offered a range of breakfast drinks as we waited for our order.
The simple yet tastefully decorated decor, added to the ambience of the place.

My wife and I came here for a late lunch. The ribs she purchased was a special item for the day. She enjoyed them and I could see how the meat just fell off the bone. We shared the sweet potato fries and they were just as you’d expect them to be. The iced coffee I ordered, it was too much syrup and not enough coffee.The seating area was relaxing and inviting.
