Our server, Cheyenne, was great! Attentive, but not hovering. Food was good, and a lot of it. We were a party of 7 but with 5 separate checks. However, each check had an automatic service gratuity fee. Too bad for our server, since none of us tipped her any extra. We all would have tipped her more than the automatic fee. As well, you should give the customer the option of paying caah or card before you add the credit card service fee.
This place has great service and really cool Mexican beach vibe. The place is clean and the seating is comfortable. The servers are so polite and friendly. For example, we had been waiting less than two minutes to have a waiter come by our table and they said "sorry about the wait" and within two minutes they had our drinks at the table. The food was decent, and the waitress was nice. Check your receipt because they charge a gratuity!! We were a group of 7 people but were splitting the ticket because it was between 3 different families. They charged each ticket a 20% gratuity, Plus a $2 credit card charge.Between tax, the gratuity, and the credit card fee, each of our tickets were $16 more than expected.
