We really, really enjoyed Leon's cut of brisket! Very, very tender with light seasoning. I tend to shy away from sauce, but his family recipe of sauce has a really interesting spice that came on very lightly that was so very interesting. Very unique, and it was something that, had not our wonderful server suggested that I try it, I would have missed a real gem. Something very special!
