Went here on Sunday morning after getting off a cruise ship. About 11am. Not too crowded. Restaurant did not smell clean. Restrooms smelt worse. I assume it was a bad Saturday night crowd. I’ve never been to a McDonald’s that did not allow you to order at the counter. The cashier explained that we had to order at the kiosk. We opted to go inside because there was a line at the drive-thru. However, the kiosk payment systems were not working, and they did not print out the order tickets. This meant that everyone had to wait (again) at the counter, flag someone down, and give them our order numbers. Definitely not the greatest experience, it would have been a better experience for everyone in the restaurant if the kiosks had been fully functional.
