The service here is usually amazing and the prices are usually great too. But the waitress, when we had a 45-minute wait to get seated, took 30 more minutes to take our order. My daughter asked what was in the gumbo, and the waitress said sausage. That's it. When she got it, she tried to give me a bite to taste it, and thankfully, she saw the shrimp because I am allergic to shellfish. It seems like everything there is just continually increasing in price, but the service is not increasing with it. My wife and I love Miller's and make it a regular part of each trip to Galveston, but I don't think that will be happening anymore.

Food was not as expected for sure . The blackened shrimp was the only thing suitable to eat. All other food items we had, pretty much tasteless. Service was so so we waited quite a while for waitress to take out order the restaurant was not busy at all 3ish in the afternoon. We saw full plates of food taken back to the kitchen.

I came here for my birthday dinner and we absolutely loved our experience on Tuesday night. We were informed very early on that they had to send a server home which I appreciated the communication! Our server Kathy was on top of it for how busy it was! I ordered a shrimp po boy with the mac & cheese- AMAZING! Kathy checked in on us more than once and I loved her personality! Would recommend and can’t wait to be back!
We ordered the Award Winning Shrimp and grits, fried oysters and papa’s breakfast. Omg, I see why it’s award winning! The waffles were the best we’ve ever had. Everything was delicious, Sherry was very friendly and fun. The service was outstanding. The restroom was very clean. Overall a 10/10.

Every menu item is delicious. Literally I can’t pick a favorite because you try them once and then get hooked. They have something for everyone. Also, they have the best staff!!! 100/10 would recommend! Go here!!!

Marianne B was our waitress and she was Fantastic! She was so professional, attentive & friendly with us and others we saw her take care of. I had the chicken strips, mashed potatoes & gravy and spinach which tasted just like my grandma used to fix. My daughter had the shrimp basket and totally enjoyed her meal.
