Love this place. I’m always helped by the same lady (I think she said her name started with an S but my ears are clogged lol) and she is wonderful. Service from her feels like going to Nonna’s house when you’re 5. Pretzels are made to order so they take a minute but that’s no big deal for me, it’s worth them being super fresh IMO!
Don’t order online, they don’t really do that at this location.

Got pretzel bites but the concept there is really cool. They have pretzels, cookies, and marble slab ice cream. The staff was super friendly and everything tasted great.

The store states it opens at 12. We arrived around 12:25 and ordered pretzel bites. A woman came out and told us it would be 15 minutes because they're making the dough. A man then comes out and said it'll be 30-45 minutes because they're waiting on the dough to rise. First off, if you open at 12 you should be ready and able to serve your costumers at 12, not at 1 or 1:30. We left and came back at 1:45. Once again, we order and the man asked if we wanted cheese on the side, we answered yes. The man then proceeds to plug in and turn the cheese machine on and laughs saying it's gonna take a while for the cheese heats up because he forgot to turn it on. At this point I'm really trying to bite my tongue because these people are not being respectful of our time. We paid, they didn't apologize, or offer a discount because we had to come back later because THEY we not ready. 🙄 I'm assuming they are the owners, and they're terrible owners. If you open at 12, then you should be ready to serve your guest at 12 and not damn near 2:00 and still not be prepared. The pretzels are amazing, but the customer service, not so much. Do better y'all!

I Absolutely love this place! The pretzels are always piping hot and fresh! But there's sooo much more! The ice cream makes the best shakes! You have to checkout their cookies for any occasion! Not only are they delicious but you have to see the decorations! Definitely worth checking out!
