First time we’ve checked this place out! If you blink you’ll miss it. Small hole in the wall atmosphere. I had the huevos rancheros and husband had Migas Mexicans, our standard by which we measure TexMex. The ranchero sauce was different and delicious, a bright orange color, thick and creamy and not outrageously spicy. A huge platter for $10! Refried beans were spectacular, great flavor. Homemade tortillas! Eggs a la Mexicana very spicy. Cooked to order and served piping hot. No pix because we were hungry! We’ll be back to try the enchilada breakfast.

Visiting Galveston and wanted some breakfast tacos. Found this place on Google maps I thought I would give it a try. Chorizo breakfast burrito is awesome ! If you like spicy get the green sauce 😁

Breakfast was good. Ordered the migas which came with 1 strip of bacon (ehh), steam potatoes (good) and refried beans (very good). Coffee was good. Vibe is homey with good breakfast. I will return on future visits to the island.

The food it was delicious, I got a fideo with chicken and you can tell it is homemade!
But the service it is not too god at all. This is the first time I came here and as soon as I walk in, one lady was ready to take my order, she didn’t even offer me to sit down or to check the menu, she only want to take the order. I saw an announcement they have caldo de res and order that, then I saw in a different tables chips so I request to get chips and she told me that they charged for chips I was so surprised, I told her not that’s okay, but another waitress several in different tables chips. My assumption is that she didn’t want to work on that day or something.

This is an unsung hero in town. I’ve generally only eaten the breakfast burritos and the breakfast enchilada plate. I’ve always been very happy with my food, but mainly because I love the chips and salsa here. The chips are thick and the salsa is like a tomato soup texture. I was told it was called something traditional but I can’t remember the name: I just know Primo’s chips and salsa are enough reason for me to return. I’m giving it five stars for the chips and salsa and tortillas in general. Nice people there too!

This is another "hole in the wall" place in Galveston. Eggs with chorizo, refried beans and new potatoes. Very good. Menu includes many Hispanic breakfast items including breakfast burritos. The green homemade hot sauce - wow! Very tasty.
