I really enjoyed their brisket, dirty rice and greens. Everything was flavorful, especially the brisket and collard greens. The brisket was tender and smoked to a great time! I would come back. No pics because I jumped right in and didn’t lift up, lol
Was greeted by Bryanna at the counter..She was so friendly and helped me choose my plate as it was my first visit..I was visiting from out of town and wanted to take back a good meal to my room.The brisket and sausage plate was amazing..Awesome flavor and a huge portion for it's price. I will most definitely return if and when I'm back in town.
The atmosphere was spot on and very cool (see pics), the staff was friendly and very nice, the food, the food was a solid 8. I’ll give Terri Black’s a 10 if that helps so you understand how high an 8 for me. The brisket was tender and juicy but I couldn’t get that smoke taste I was looking for but still very, very good. The Jap sausage was very good, better than very good and the portions were not lacking whatsoever. The sides are where these peeps hit a home run though…...
