Was recommended to come here for dinner on my first solo vacation by Damian and had a wonderful night! Amazing food, Burt played on the piano, and the staff made absolutely sure I had a great experience! Will definitely go back when I'm back in town!

Reservation was at sunset. Views in the day are spectacular. The lighting inside was too bright and felt like a UFO over my head the whole night which made it a little uncomfortable. Not an extensive wine list. We had a bone in ribeye and prime rib. The steak does not compare to a Perry's or Killens type steakhouse. The waiter had 10-15 min spots of nowhere to be found? The ambiance inside is very poor. Having said that maybe in a year or two I will give it another try with another dish.

Fantastic meal. Oysters were awesome, onion soup so good, entrees were perfect. Very accommodating, attentive service. Great recommendations (soufflé was awesome)and the sunset was beautiful for tops. What a perfect evening!!
Food and service were exceptional! This was our two teenage daughter's first fine dining experience. This was a Valentines Day/Birthday celebration. Our waiter, Oscar, made this experience amazing. He was one of the best servers I've ever encountered and knew the menu and specials perfectly. Everybody said this was one of the best nights they've ever had and they're still talking about it and that's saying something. 5 Star!

I don't visit Shearns often, but every time I do the food is divine and the service is impeccable! I recommend it to anyone who enjoys fine dining and also wants to feel like they are the only customers in the restaurant. If you love to dress for dinner and remember what a maitre de is then Shearns is the perfect place for you!

Amazing city views, that is the best I can say. My wife and I had a 7:30 reservation. We arrived and were asked to wait in the lobby as our table was not ready. OK. 10 mins later we were seated and asked for a second time the name on our reservation. OK, even high end restaurants have their off day. We were provided water and bread when we sat down along with menus and then nothing for 45 minutes. Not even an ask if we wanted more water. Went to ask the receptionist at the front of the restaurant what was going on, and he was not there. At that point I went back to the table and we got up and left. The restaurant was a little more half full and two large groups were seated after us, ordered drinks and food and one group actually had their meal served. Food looked and smelled great but the service was terrible. I have no idea how this happens at a plus $100 a plate establishment. On the way out of the hotel we did mention what happened to the front desk and they apologized. After we left and found another restaurant we got a call asking why we left and apologizing for the poor service with the reason being they were very busy. If you get served I suspect the food is great, nothing like being totally ignored (and yes we were dressed appropriately, and were hoping to have a wonderful dinner to celebrate our 22nd wedding anniversary).

Shearn's is my go to restaurant for special occasions, ambiance and beautiful view. The food and drinks are consistently fabulous. I recently celebrated my birthday there and it was an awesome experience. Thank you Shearn's for always treating us with exceptional service whether with family or friends.

We were greeted and seated by Lady with a warm welcoming smile. Joshua was attentive and all others that interacted with us were delightful. The tenderloin melted in my mouth and my husband's short ribs delicious. This is a yearly event for us. Shearn's and their wonderful staff never disappoint.
