We had a very nice evening and a really good dinner. My husband’s rack of lamb was done as he asked, and the sides were tasty. My pasta primavera was cooked al dente with lots of vegetables. Parker, our server, was attentive and personable. We have eaten at Shearn’s many times in the past and were impressed with the quality after inconsistent meals in past years.
The restaurant is a lovely space on the 9th floor of Moody Gardens Hotel. \nOur server Parker was very knowledgeable of the menus and special selections for dinner. \nThe Spicy Tuna appetizer was amazing and the plating was beautiful. \nThe lobster bisque was presented beautifully and the flavors were superb. \nWe shared the Bison special and it was cooked to perfection and served table side with asparagus, Brussels, carrots and whipped potatoes. \nDessert was 20 year Tawny Fladgate...
