Was in galveston for a vacation with my family. Customer service was great. I had on a custom-made shirt that said Papa's wolf pack, and the gentleman working commented on it. Very nice crew. I was in and out in no time. I ordered a dozen glazed, donuts, and three kolaches, and he made sure I had a nice fresh and hot dozen donuts. So stop in when you have a sweet tooth.

Unfortunately they do not have any dairy alternative so I couldn't have a hot coffee. That thing is where they have the stuffed sausage and egg and cheese thing that is basically a hot dog bun stuffed with a hot dog and they're claiming it's it's a sausage it's not it's a hot dog it's literally a hot dog bun with a hot dog stuffed in it it was disgusting. The frozen strawberry lemonade it was amazing

We don't have a Shipley's and with our first experience we ordered 4 plain glazed and 2 chocolate frosting donuts. The plain glazed were puffed up, soft and fluffy.(I should have taken pics but we immediately scarfed them down) They have a nice even glazed over the entire donut. It was 10:30 in the morning and the donuts tasted fresh and yummy and now I understand why it's a busy store.
