Shrimp ānā Stuff was recommended on by many websites and videos that we saw about Galveston. It does not necessarily stand out as exceptional, but it was exactly as we expected. Fried foods at a fair price. The counter employees were friendly and helpful. In general, the food was slightly overcooked. The outdoor seating area was cute.
Had the Crawfish Tail Po-boy with spicy boiled potatoes - excellent portion size, freshly fried & hot tails, very tender potatoes (wish they were a little spicier, but the taste was great), and fresh tartar sauce. An all-around great first impression!
Our first visit after watching it for quite some time. We went to the avenue o location in Galveston. Very casual inside and outside dining with seafood gumbo, crawfish, poor boy, hush puppies and french fries. Very relaxed atmosphere and a fun place to stop for lunch or dinner.
