Cute little bakery with some unique baked goods and breakfast options. The poppy seed Kolache was fantastic, my breakfast taco pastry was okay, but won’t try it again. My GF did enjoy the cream cheese with caramel swirl and maple bacon. Overall a great place to try and return to.
A maz ing! The dough is perfection. The toppings are delicious. These were our first kolaches ever, and I can't imagine any other bakery topping the quality of these ingredients and final products. There were refrigerators of dinners to go too with vegan options. The store was very clean. Galveston residents are very lucky to have this business. We have regrets for not buying more.Vegetarian options: There were many vegetarian kolaches and refridgerated prepared foods.

So you know, this is a takeout place only (unless you are doing a tasting for catering). We went in and grabbed 3 of their cookies, Caramel Sugar, Peanut Butter, and Snickerdoodle. Wow, all three were so good. Huge, soft, evenly baked, with so much flavor. Skip the tourist places a few blocks away and grab a cookie to go.
