I had Chef Mary Bass's food in April of 2022 and knew I had to use her for wedding catering (I wasn't even engaged yet) and took her card. We just used her for catering and bar services at our November 2023 wedding and it was FANTASTIC. I had Chef Mary Bass for my wedding and let me tell you...there was not a single person that didn't ask for seconds or thirds. I moved to Houston a few years ago from New York and I knew that for my wedding I wanted all my New York guests to have a taste of Houston cooking.
