Located in Galveston, Starboard Side Cafe is a breakfast truck found purely by accident. The breakfast tacos are amazing, with the bacon, egg and cheese breakfast taco being a standout; the flour tortilla is perfect and the salsa is incredible. Waffles are one of a kind and delicious, a really good addition with coffee. Breakfast bowls are hearty and taste great, and the breakfast BLT is delicious. The chicken strips and sweet potatoes fries were the best chicken ever had. Service is quick and super friendly, with amazing customer service. The atmosphere is great, though seating is limited with a picnic table yet to arrive. Highly recommend as a stop for a quick bite.
