I asked for extra toasted and she didn't understand and I asked for extra olives I would pay for and she said that's all she had. When clearly there was a hand full left.

This is the cleanest subway I’ve been to in a while. The veggies were fresh and the service was quick. This is the subway I’ll be going to in Galveston from here on out.

service is great and food however it is unacceptable to have a fresh food restaurant without AC in a Texas weather. There have been complaints and nothing is being done for it.

My husband and I walked in at 9:40pm. There was a guy behind the counter cleaning out the line, I said hi to him and he ignored me. We stood there for 5 minutes without being acknowledged. The guy behind the counter went to the back and never returned. A few minutes later a short girl walked up to the front and said "can yall wait 10 minutes? They're cleaning the line." As someone who has worked in fast food for over 6 years, this is unacceptable customer service. Your guests should never be ignored especially when they're the only people in the store.

The food itself wasn't bad....the tea could have been better though.
My big complaint was the checkout service.
They had a special for $6.99 for a sub, small drink and chips
I was going cookies as well.

My total came to be $13.90 and was handed a large drink...I said 'what happened to the deal? And I want a small drink.'

Then quickly rings me up, now it was $9.50...then once the receipt printed, I was not asked if I wanted....the cashier simply threw it away before I could read it.

I have been to this Subway five times because I really like the tuna sandwich, the only problem is that when I go there are never any black olives and the girls who work there always say that they run out quickly. I think it is no coincidence that they never have olives. The person in charge of the place should pay more attention to having the corresponding ingredients since all the other Subways have olives except this one and it is not a specific opportunity. There have been five occasions in which they have never had olives. Otherwise the service is good and the environment is clean.

I know it was my mistake for not checking the location when entering the order on the app but I immediately called to cancel the order and they never answered. When they finally answered the phone 20 minutes later I was told they couldn’t cancel because it was already made and that they couldn’t answer the phone because they were short handed. There is no way to cancel on the app.
