GROSS. the options sucked, the food sucked, and their attitude sucked. As far as variety and options that subway usually has available to offer, this location had nearly nothing when it came to sauces, meats, and especially cheese.They had only provolone cheese, only rotisserie chicken and ham, and just 2 sauces. (So much for “build your own”) And the rest of the options looked bad. What remained of the avocado was black goo in the avocado container.Made due with what was available, got a sandwich and shortly after, regretted the decision to have gotten subway. It did not sit well with my stomach almost instantly. i hadn’t even finished it yet and my stomach was very upset.The service was a joke, she was a total B for absolutely no reason and didn’t care or try to make the sandwich good. She seemed almost mad that we walked in.Moral of the story: AVOID THIS LOCATION!

The women that work here are the best and so kind!!! My boyfriend and I loved them so much we came back the second day of our trip too. They make sure your sandwich is perfect! Sharah was one of the women and I didn't catch the others name, but they are both so nice and great to talk to!

The foot long Premium meat sandwich was perfect, service was excellent. They could have had a better stock of chips though.
Made my Togo order wrong- Manager didn’t apologize and was rude. Then as I was leaving she was going to put the meat from hour old sandwiches back into the container to reserve it. These sandwiches left the store, rode across the island and were handled by us- Serving that to other guests is UNSAFE! District manager called and swore I was wrong- and wouldn’t listen to what I had to say. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!

I came in with coupons and asked if I could use 2 separate cards for my order they told me yes then, I had to repeat my order 5 times before it was actually correct not going back

I went on friday ( 12-16-2022) around noon and ordered a salad and i got everything and added rotisserie chicken and I would have to say about an hour of eating I became very ill! vomiting to the point I had to go to the Hospital !!! I received Food Poisoning from this subway( 2521 Broadway) !!!! so I am warning you don't eat there!!! I am now so scared to eat from any subway. everything is contaminated
