Beautiful place! Great Photo ops! Fast Service ! Top Tier Everthing! Food was Amazing we had Chicken Sausage Gumbo,Mai Mai fish Tacos, fried green tomatoes, cauliflower & Bread Pudding we ate it all up! We’re definitely going back again soon!
We go to Galveston and often find that we don't know what to eat. If you go to the seawall, theres way too many places that are mediocre and cost to park. Traffic is always crazy, but I was surprised to find that Sugar and Rye was a few blocks from the seawall with good, free parking! Their food is super delicious. Visited Sugar & Rye after they went viral on Instagram and my favorite waitress is hands down, Ms. Kenzee! Her superior service keeps me coming back in addition to the beautiful decor and modern vintage atmosphere. The patio setup is a brunch fave and simply dreamy at night with the Galveston wind blowing nonstop. If you visit, call and see if Kenzee is there first and hope that you’ll get seated in her section for the best experience!!! She’ll take great care of you!
