Always a favorite, but greatly disappointed today with the hostess today. We arrived 4 persons requesting a table of 6 for a birthday celebration. She refused to seat us till all guest arrived. As we complained she finally told us to go wait at a large table with barstools.A server approached us and told us that we needed to order if we sat in his section. All of our group work in the service industry and leave a hefty gratuity. The restaurant was half empty and could have easily accommodate a party of six with 2 people arriving 10 minutes later.

We came here April 18th for breakfast. We decided to sit outside, and we were able to use a fly fan, which was a ton of help controlling the flies. I ordered the soft shell crab Benedict, my fiancé ordered the crab cake Benedict, and my mom ordered the little breakfast. It was all delicious, and we ate all of it. My fiancé ordered a cinnamon roll, and my mom got a couple fresh basket items. They have an entire glass case of bakery, fresh, made goods. I would definitely say this is a go-to spot if you're in Galveston.

If you are in Galveston, this is a must for breakfast. I've been here twice over the last two years. Had to treat my wife to some homecoming! Don't forget to treat yourself to the crab cakes benedict ?!

We ate here for the first time as native Houstonians and loved it. My husband got migas, and I got waffles with eggs and bacon. We would recommend this place to anyone visiting Galveston. It was very busy when we arrived around 10am on a Saturday with a 20-25min wait time. We told the hostess "first available " seating, and after about 5-7 minutes, we were seated. Thank you to our waiter who provided great service.

The chicken and waffles was amazing, as were the strawberry lemonade mimosas and tequila sunrises. A busy fun atmosphere with super friendly efficient service. Wonderful all round

One of the best breakfasts I've ever had. I had the migas, and my wife had the Belgian waffles, eggs, and bacon. The smell of the plates was so enticing that I forgot to take photos. With 2 black coffees, our pre-tip total was 37 dollars.

I hate to keep telling people how good this place is, but the secret it is out. Stop by and you will make this your destination every time you come to the Island.

We only went here for the bakery, not the cafe.Good baked goods selection. We liked the chocolate croissant and the lemon bar. There is a large variety of jellies as well.Customer service is great. The staff is very friendly and attentive. The atmosphere is wonderful. It's like in the middle of France with all the nice feelings and without the less-nice feelings.Highly recommended.
