Honestly I didn't give a 1 because the food is good. This has to do with fake advertising. I have no problem paying my meal however today was a day that I couldn't. I sat at Whataburger after ordering a soft drink and noticed that their table tent was advertising free whataburger if one downloaded the app. What one gets is free Onion rings. They were obviously really busy AND understaffed. But Kevin was working as hard as they could to get orders out correctly as well as dealing with the obnoxious customers that couldn’t seem to have any empathy and wait longer than 10 minutes. The manager yelled at and publicly degraded employees in front of everyone and didn’t help the situation. Big props to Kevin. I couldn’t deal with that store’s drama. The longer I sit here waiting for my food, the more I’m seeing...

Ordered 1 meal from the Whataburger app. Food would be ready for pick up in 4-7 minutes. Waited for a long time in the curbside parking spot. Finally received my meal 30 minutes later. I should have just gone to the drive thru. It would have been much faster! At least the food was good and not cold.
