Don't ever eat here it always takes forever to get your food. I decided to do a in-store instead of mobile order and the guy at the cash register tried to charge me $10 for a large fry which is $5 and change through carryout with taxes

There’s absolutely nothing wrong with the food, it’s always been great! However, I’ve had way too many experiences with the workers being lazy. They open at 11am, and are already ignoring and hanging up the phone at 11:14am. No answer after 2 phone calls, and the third one got hung up on. I’m not sure how they expect to keep business when they ignore customers. I’ve worked in restaurants, you at least answer the phone with “ hi im sorry we’re busy right now, ill have to put you on a brief hold”

Customer service is always bad and they charged me TWICE for the same meal and would not refund me the one payment I asked for, managers were very rude!
My only wish is that they offered salads instead of French fries. Too many fried foods, but they tasted great.

I ordered 2 dinners. $41. I asked for flats on the mild they said I had to get mixed or all the order the same. I got mixed they gave me 2 flats out of 15. Not mixed. They were so over cooked I threw most of them away. I asked for one of the fries no season and the other regular. They have no spice on either (usually love wings top fries, not today) waste of money!

It's wingstop. The food is what you pay for but the ranch is the money maker. Be warned if you don't order online ahead of time you'll be sitting there for a good 30 minutes before you get your food because it's always busy. The tables will always be grimey and the floor sticky, but at least the bathrooms are just as dirty.
