Arby's offers a variety of food options, with favorites including nuggets, roast beef, and the turkey gyro. The drive-thru service can be hit or miss, but the staff inside is helpful, patient, and kind, going above and beyond to accommodate customers' needs. The person working the window was awesome, super nice, and even offered water while the customer was waiting for the burger to be ready, which was amazing. The young man working the drive-through was the most pleasant, kind, and helpful, with great knowledge of the menu. The potato cakes were hot and delicious. Overall, Arby's provides a mixed experience, but the staff's excellent service and the delicious food make it a worthwhile visit.
