I came to Chili's today to celebrate my birthday, I just wanted to acknowledge Anita and Brittney for the great customer service they gave me! Anita was very attentive to my needs as soon as I walked in. I told her I needed a table with a chair, not a booth and I would like it at a window so I can look out. We go to chili's often which the service and the food is usually really good. This time my granddaughters, had lunch there and ordered fajitas for myself to go. They fajitas are good, but they did not provide any sides, sour cream, guacamole, cheese. Dining out has gotten expensive, so I expect to get what I order and what I pay for. Maybe have a conversation with the team to be more alert on what comes out of the kitchen before handing it to the customer.
