McDonald's is a restaurant known for its great customer service. Team members are professional, understanding, and willing to listen to customers' concerns. The staff is very personable, and Eudalia, in particular, keeps the restaurant clean and has a friendly demeanor. The food is typical McDonald's, often fresh and hot, with popular items like the #9 steak bagel meal and chicken sandwiches. However, mistakes can occur, such as receiving incorrect orders, which can be concerning, especially regarding food allergies. The restaurant's convenience and 24/7 availability are major advantages. While some customers have experienced long wait times and issues like receiving only two packs of ketchup with large fry orders and no napkins, overall, McDonald's is a welcoming place to grab a quick meal or snack. The unique design of this location makes it a beautiful spot, and many enjoy visiting, especially with family.
