This place says they close at 9:30, but we showed up at 8:30 and it was closed. We called continuous times over and over, to place an order to pick up and not once did they answer. Then we tried the online ordering and it said “ the computers are shut down,” when it wasn’t even 9:30 I don’t understand why they say they close at 9:30 if they close a WHOLE HOUR later. Will not be coming back to this place.

Today I decided to try out this place for lunch for myself and my children. I received a flyer on my door so why not give them a try right? Well I went online to place my order and you are supposed to receive a 20% discount with online orders. I had to call the restaurant because the ordering system was not working the young lady that answered stated she would give me a call back in 5 min while she checks to see what the problem is. She called back in 5 min and states the online ordering system is not working but she can take my order over the phone but they will not be able to honor the 20% discount. WOW!!!!!! I asked to speak with a manager and she stated she was the manager and the discount would no be applied I was like ok screw it let me go ahead and place the order. I proceed to place the order and informed that I would like delivery she then stated that there is no delivery today because the driver is out,,, WOW again!!!!!! Terrible, Terrible, terrible... I will never attempt to do business with these people again!!!!!!! It is not about the money it's just the principle..... I am a loyal customer and I will be consistent with those that are consistent with me, Bad business is just bad business!!!! To put your customer at fault is unacceptable.

This is the worst Chinese I've had........ I could make the same stuff on my stovetop......and it would taste the same...... like I made it, and It's not the same as real Chinese food.

My car battery died on Jupiter....came to a rolling stop and happened to pull in thier parking lot.... thank god autozone was just 0.1 mile away. I popped hood and they threw a fit I was changing my battery in thier parking lot. Then to make matters worst I was holding my pee and I went in side to use the rest room and they refused to let me use it saying customers only. I couldn't hold it any further so I paid for drink. Such rude unpleasant experiences. Wont eat here again... been here many times with wife and kids

Terrible they burnt my food twice and then blamed me for not liking it will never go back and highly recommend nobody else does

The place has some good settings and when I asked my friend to come along with me, she told me the place was a really good place to take pictures. I brought some of the food to my mom and she said she loved it. I love to go there especially getting a buy one get one free boba❤ .

This place leaves advertisement leaflets at my apartment door despite the fact that they do not allow solicitation here. I called to ask that they stop and the person at the other end simply said there was nothing they could do about it. There is nothing there that I would eat because they do not offer vegan food and I do not appreciate the paper waste stuck in my doorframe.
