The best quality bowl of Hue beef noodle soup I've ever eaten, the bowl is very large, very filling, the beef is thick and not too tough nor too soft. Very suitable for my taste, easy to eat and clean for each plate of vegetables.
The restaurant is clean, the meat is fresh, the beef balls are delicious, and the drinks are moderate. Hue beef noodle dish has a strong Vietnamese flavor that can be eaten by both young and old. Highly recommended!
