Chips & salsa Tex-Mex & cantina

Mgmt change since we came Two months ago. Your wait staff is excellent, the problem is your cheap owner putting potatoes in the fajita plate, no sizzling, dry, lack of oil. I let it go last time, so you wonder why your sales are down. I’m a foodie, high end and low end, never seen potatoes in fajita, cheapens the dining experience. If I want potatoes, I’ll go to Burger King. Last time and this time, takes forever for the food, should have kept your old mgr. Your going down hill in this place. Change the mgmt. and the cooks. Good food, good service. Salsa verde was very good, I felt the mole was a little sweet. It certainly isn’t safe as a family choice as the music has been pretty profane at times. I prefer my lunch without Sh*t, b****** and ni**er blasting

Wasn't bad. Wasn't great. I was hoping the salsa would be amazing, because...Chips & Salsa. But it was just ok. Bland but spicy and nothing worth remembering. My husband had smothered Chile verde taquitos, which were a bit tart. He said they'd be better with sour cream sauce. My daughter had a combo plate, chicken and cheese enchiladas and she really enjoyed those. I had combo fajitas. The chicken was really good, tender and juicy. The fajita meat was overcooked, almost beef jerky like. The flavor was good though, so I ate it. It also came with potato slices, which was a pleasant surprise. Rice and beans were also bland, so we fixed with a little salt, pepper and queso. All in all, it was alright. Probably will not go back, there are too many other places with the same type of food that are better. But...potato-tomato. You might love it!

Super nice local spot for some good Mexican food. I have been here a few times and my parents go all the time.... they live right beside it. The food does not disappoint and the staff is beyond friendly. Definitely a good spot to get a quick bit and hangout with friends

They are great if you dine in.. If you ever order to go or for delivery it is a horrible experience every single time! I have spoken to the owner and manager multiple times and they simply have zero desire to do better. I have had my company order $60 lunches on more than one occassion and have it delivered. They refuse to send enough chips and salsa for 3 orders of queso even when specifically asked to do so. It is mind boggling. My husband and I eat there multiple times a week for dinner. We will absolutely never go back. Mi Cocina from now on.

Pleasantly surprised with the mimosas here!We typically come for lunch or dinner, which is great! But the breakfast is pretty amazing and fresh! These mimosas did not disappoint! Support your local businesses!!

Order some simple Tex Mex enchiladas with sour cream sauce, refried beans and rice, and my date had enchiladas with some of the best red sauce she said she'd ever eaten. Best part was about 15 minutes or so after we ordered they served us so we knew the food was cooked fresh.

Had an amazing time here at this hidden gem. Have lived in Richardson for a few months now and finally had the pleasure of dining here. The food is amazing, and the prices accurately reflect the quality of the food. The chips were always fresh and hot, and I never went thirsty. The atmosphere is calm and relaxing with nice lighting and appropriate cultural music. The servers all help each other out whether it’s there tables or not. Everything is amazing about this place. Will definitely recommend to all my friends and family!

The service is incredible. The waiters all help each other. The food is ON POINT. They always bring out fresh chips. Everyone here is friendly. You're not left with an empty glass of whatever your drinking! Incredible. All around! Would 100% recommend this place. I can't even figure out which one of them is the manager because they're all so professional.

Went for brunch. Food actually tasted good but there was like, no portions. I ordered the Huevos and Fajitas for $12 and these jokers gave me 2 eggs and 3 tiny strips of fajita meat, no bigger than a half an inch. Seriously, three pieces. I was so astounded I had our waitress ask the kitchen if they simply forgot the other half of my meal. No, that’s just how it’s served. That meal couldn’t feed an infant. My friend ordered the enchilada combo right next to me for $3 less and got twice as much food. Just avoid the Huevos and Fajitas if you don’t want to be ripped off.

Very bad service, that I can handle. But the street tacos were awful. Tasted more like Chinese food. And how in the hell do you get so much grease out of chicken??? My tortillas fell apart in the grease. It was a mess.Chips were good, salsa was average. Will not be back.
