I used to be a loyal customer here, but I stopped going after repeatedly dealing with inconsistent pricing and being told that items that always come with the order (like sauces or even radishes) were suddenly extra charges. One time, they gave me one lime for four tacos and said that’s “how it always is,” as if I wouldn’t notice. Even when I ordered the exact same thing, the total was always different. They charge you extra if you’re not Hispanic.
On my last visit, they tried to charge me for an additional sauce that has always been included (they always gave me 2 sauce, additional was extra charge). Before that, they even charged me for radishes that normally come with the tacos. When I brought it up, the asian man dismissed my concern instead of addressing it.

I’m sharing this so others can check their receipts and pay attention to what they’re being charged for. There are plenty of taco spots that taste great and treat customers fairly (like the La Paisanita on Park Lane and Greenville inside the Chevron) the tacos and service is amazing. They deserve the support far more.

If you’ve experienced similar issues, it might be time to switch too. Fair service should be the bare minimum.

I’m a huge foodie, this place is one of the best Mexican restaurants I’ve ever eaten at. The chorizo is made from scratch just like all of the tortillas and it’s soooo amazing. The atmosphere is top tier and the customer service is perfect. I highly recommend this place…

Food is very high quality and entirely freshly made. Very generous portions, with phenomenal ingredients. The employees are very friendly and willing to go above and beyond to serve the customer. I can not recommend this bodega enough! It would be hard to find another store that could compete with these folks.

The tacos here are very very good, I recommend the sudadero, barbacoa and carnitas. I also recommend the fried mojarra and the grill, the employees are very friendly

The Menudo has a good flavor, but lately, they mix the leftover meat with the new one and it is not good and it has happened to me several times, I tell you as a suggestion so that you do not do it anymore, calculate so that you do not waste the meat But don't stir it either. My best friend and I went there to eat Sunday December 22nd like arround 4pm, we paid for 2 orders of tacos and 2 small fruit drinks, the girl who was attending the fruit drink counter was talking on the cellphone and I guess she was bothered when we asked for our drinks, she was very rude and talked to us very mean, she doesn't know how to treat customers and she doesn't need to be working at this place. I spoke with someone to complaint about it but I doubt that they're going to correct the problem.
