We haven't been in a while. The owner greated us, very clean, music, authentic ambiance. Booth was big. Free chips, hot sauce and heated pured brown been dip. The food was delicious, large portions, really good lunch menu pricing. Clean bathrooms. The waitress was very attentive. The Owner came by our table to ask us how our food was. Did I say the food was delicious! For real, highly recommended Tex-Mex.

It was my first time eating here and I will be coming back. Service was awesome and our waiter was very attentive. Our food came out HOT and quick. Overall a great experience.

I ordered straight from Cristina’s website for delivery and spent over $40 with delivery fee and tip. I live under 3 miles from the restaurant. The restaurant assigned a driver from Skipcart to deliver the food and gave me a delivery time frame. 25 minutes after that time frame expired, I still had not received my food so I called the restaurant and was transferred to the manager. The manager said it was not his problem as the food had been picked up by the driver and I should already have it by now. I again explained that I did not have it and had ordered through his store, not uber or door dash or anybody else, and that I have no control over who they chose to delivery it. He said for me to come pick it up and I told him that I paid for delivery for a reason as I couldn’t come get it. I also explained that I paid a delivery fee and tip for the service. He then said it was not his problem and that he would see if corporate “might” refund my money. Not one time did he offer to resend my order to me. I said I felt like I shouldn’t pay for food and service that never occurred and he said I will “see” if I can get you a refund. About 30 minutes later the driver showed up wreaking of marihuana and only part of the order. It was of course now about an hour old and missing key elements of the order and it too smelled of marijuana. Honestly she was so high she shouldn’t have been operating a vehicle. While I will certainly never do business with Skipcart, whoever they are, again I will also never eat at Cristina’s again due to the manager acting like this was my problem when he received payment for food that was delivered totally inedible and lots of the order missing. His arrogance when Cristina’s hired the delivery person was ridiculous!!!

🌮 Kristina’s in Garland – A Hidden Gem for Brisket Lovers!

I recently stopped by Kristina’s in Garland and was genuinely impressed. Their brisket tacos were absolutely delicious—perfectly seasoned, tender, and packed with flavor. You can tell they take pride in their food.

The customer service was top-notch. Friendly staff made the experience even better, and the welcoming environment added to the charm. Whether you’re dining in or grabbing a quick bite, the vibe is relaxed and inviting.

One of the best parts? Speedy service. I didn’t have to wait long at all, which is always a plus when you’re hungry and craving something good.

If you’re in the area and looking for a satisfying meal with great service, Kristina’s is definitely worth a visit!

9/13/2024: Cristina's has changed their recipe for refried beans to include adding onions which is the only food source which causes a severe allergic reaction for me. I spoke a length with management and they do not offer the beans without onions. Not being able to digest the beans are non-starter for my fajita meal. I will have to say goodbye to one of my favorite dining places. I still highly recommend Cristina's for anyone who does not have an onion food allergy... Nothing else has changed that I can tell.

After having repetitive issues with another Tex-Mex restaurant in our area we decided to try Cristina's. The food was well prepared and delicious. They are aware and ensure my orders are prepared in accordance with my food allergy. The prices are economical and the staff is pleasant and professional. They also offer a military discount. I fully commit to the 5 star rating.

This place has gone down hill, from the waiters to the food. My mom and I both got stomach problems eating here. And the waiters have attitudes and don’t even smile or even answer when we said hello. But we ate the chile relleno and flautas no bueno’

You know how you find that one place and you love it soooo much you eat there once a week?

This was that place for me. Every week I order from here and I am normally very pleased.

However, Sunday night when my husband and I ordered Christina's, it was not the same.

The tortillas are one of the reasons I keep going back. Sunday they give me these thick, super white, perfectly round tortillas that taste more like bleached flour and the plastic they were stored in.

I am a chef. I appreciate made from scratch. These tortillas were definitely mass produced and I get charged regular Christina's pricing for that garbage?

It will be a while before I go back to this place. The quality isnt what it used to be.

New employees don't understand customer service Everything was fine at first, but Edson H gave me the bill while I was still eating and told me to leave. I almost had to leave all the food. I felt really bad. I won't go back to that place. They lost a customer.What a shame that this restaurant has damaged the service
