The food is authentic and delicious, with super duper authentic dishes that are some of the best in the entire DFW area. Don't be fooled by the 3.8 Stars; complaints mostly come from timing, but the restaurant is stable now. Staff are friendly and attentive. Specific meals include pho with steamed mung bean sprouts, bún chả cá paired with a fresh veggie platter and pickled shallots, and a grill pork spring roll that must be rolled with bánh ướt. The grilled pork was cooked almost perfectly. The restaurant provides a jar of free house tea, a traditional accompaniment, and pickled veggies for soups. The kind owner surprised one guest with two different desserts. Don't be discouraged by a funky smell from the authentic sauces used for cooking. This is a dining restaurant, not fast food, so patience is appreciated. It is a mom and pop place sharing true Da Nang hospitality and culture.
