First of all, I have to say the store makes really good drink, and this is undeniable. The baristas are all nice to customers. This garland location is also my favorite, too. However, it seems like they are likely to make this same mistake as they has been forget to add the brown sugar boba for my boba milk tea which is a topping default for milk tea (I know it's hard to tell from the picture). This is not the first time, and it happens only occasionally. I ordered it online...
Customer service here is excellent. I mistakenly ordered the wrong drink, but they were willing to remake it for me, and the store was about to close. Thank you so much for remaking the drink for me 🥺
