The order wasn't up to the usual standard of this establishment. It was incomplete eith shrimp.and hush puppies missing. The vegetables were over cooked and underseasoned. Fish tasted like the grease was old and burnt. I called and was hung up on. There's a first time for everything but it is disappointing.

I was there on Friday evening food was good . The only thing one of the cashiers the short hispanic guy, he needs to pay attention when taking an order he charge me over 42.00 dollars for a full pound of crab legs , I order half pound, a side of potatoes and corn and an order of fries when I saw the total he immediately point at me YOU ORDER A POUND and I told him NO, I said 1/2 pound. He Got upset he redo my order and told me the $$ overcharged was been credited back to my account its Tuesday and I do not see a credit for the 16.24 off the 42.06 he originally charge me....

Though the food was decent, the dessert i purchased for $10 was falsely advertised! I ordered a slice of pecan pie a la mode because of yhe flyer in the window made it look delicious. However I receive a slice of pecan pie with two (2) pecans on it! Never again!

The shrimp was basically mashed potatoes in a shell which means it’s old and has been boiling all day. Not the best fish n tails location and I see why it was empty in there. Definitely never going back again

I ordered grilled salmon with seasoned vegetables and garlic butter shrimp, and both dishes were outstanding. The seafood tasted fresh, perfectly cooked, and full of flavor. The salmon was tender and juicy, while the shrimp had a rich buttery taste with just the right amount of seasoning. The presentation of the food was also impressive, making the meal even more enjoyable.
The restaurant staff were friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable about the menu. They answered questions politely and provided excellent recommendations. Despite the restaurant being busy, the service remained quick and organized throughout the visit. I have eaten here before and I feel invisible because of the color of my skin. Food is ok but service is always awful. They take all orders before me, and when it is my turn they walk away go outside come back in walk pass me, take others walk up take orders on phone. Finally a guy came from the back after 30 minutes and ask to take my order, no sir I replied and remember my face because I'm never coming back, and no one else I know will either, have a great day I said while walking out food not that good to be treated like that. Maybe I dodged something because one guy came from back wiping his nose mouth and eyes with his hand. Eat and go at you own risks. My opinion. Hope the board of health see this post.

My company orders a few times a month, $80-100 each order. Erica is the manager, I thought my shrimp cocktail with ceviche came with chips. I asked for chips I thought it came with chips. Shr wanted to charge me, good customer service for a repeat customer would have gave me that lil bag of tortilla chips. Not Erica. At least 3 times over the past few months our orders is wrong or missing something, we don't ask for credit or for our orders to be made again. Very disappointed. Erica needs real customer training. I bet you she's going to give someone something for free, just decided not me.....
