What a total rip off!!!I just paid $53 for 20 tenders, 2 family sides, 1 extra family side plus 6 additional rolls!!!They left out the 6 additional rollsThe FAMILY SIZE sides are about 1/2 the size that they used to be!!Family Size were only about 6 ounces!!!What a rip off!Keep raising prices AND cut the portion sides!!

The food is good. But customer service could be better. When asking for plate for take out they are so cheap and won't give you any. Same thing with the spice package. And for the amount of money you are spending they trying to cut cost.

Wow, I'm late to the party on Golden Chick. Where we usually go to the one in Richardson, we had the good fortune to order from the Garland location today. Both locations are Deliciousness!!!!!! This is probably my only 4th time to eat at Golden Chick, but I'm a loyal customer. Customer for Life!!!! Arlene waited on us at the Garland store and she was fabulous. Where we don't usually order FF's...I asked for a sample. And Arlene did it with a great attitude & a big Smile! Because of Arlene we added a large FF to our order. We ordered the 8 piece chicken meal with green beans and an extra gravy. We also ordered one of the "new" buffalo ranch chicken sandwiches to split. It too was Deliciousness. We now have some leftover chicken strips for dinner tonight. Thanks Golden Chick for ALWAYS going the extra mile. You guys get our Yum!
Went to get some dinner. A very simple order. 2 piece dinner with a breast and a wing. 4 piece tender combo. The 4 piece was right but the 2 piece came with a thigh and a drumstick. The receipt even stated a breast and a wing. How do you read breast and wing and then put a thigh and a drumstick in the order? It isn't that hard because they don't even sound the same. Chicken breast sounds nothing like thigh. Wing sounds nothing like drumstick at all. Disappointing dinner for Dad. Check your orders because a basic fundamental skill like reading comprehension is too much to ask. At least the corn nuggets were correct.I will not be filling out the "comment form" due to all of the personal information you ask for. That's ridiculous. My first and last name, my address, and my phone number? Absolutely not. I would go speak to the manager of the store, but she is the problem. I've had issues with her before and she just gets an attitude. I just won't go back to golden chick at all. Cane's is where I will be going from now on. Never had an issue with them.

Called several times and phone just rang, then machine said “voicemail hasn’t been activated”. No human ever picked up. Got wrong sandwich and was tough and cold. And was charged for side of jalapeño poppers but did not get them. That’s why I was calling. I tried calling two other stores to get the correct phone number and none of them ever answered. I called multiple times to each location.
