The guy at the counter last time I went in was possibly the most efficient human I've ever seen in fast food service. They're always fast at this location, and orders are always correct. Only negative I've ever had is that the okra is extra oily sometimes.

Drive thru fast and friendly. Ordered 9 piece wicked wings only. Had a special order change to accommodate my elderly mother, at the window. Joel promptly made the changes with a huge smile and double checked to make sure Mom would be pleased. Hot and fresh with spices on the side they were! Mmmh. Who said fast- food customer service chilvary was dead? Well I did, but Joel, Pamela and Golden Chick 1238 got me rethinking big time!

Parking: Good flow, good exit...

This chain tends to try and convince us it is fancier than it really is. Not sure why bc we just want good tenders. The sauces are great. But the sides are bland and basic. And the service is oddly terrible for as many people are working at any given time.
