I like that location and customer service is always good. I spent between 20-30 dollars for dinner tonight. My order war a big chicken sandwich and jalapeño poppers. I wanted to give it a three star, because the jalapeño poppers are very good. But it got a one star because the chicken sandwich was in edible. I want to make this location aware that the bun was old and crusty around the edges, and the chicken seem like it had been sitting out all day along with the buns. This was the first experience I’ve had at this location where their food was not fresh. Just wanted to make you aware of this, so you can correct the situation before it happens again to another customer

Simple. Pulled up and order a small meal. Just some side items like poppers. Was asked to pull up for some reason. They brought the food. Assumed they would come with ranch like always. Had to drive all the back and ask for ranch. Received only 1 and didn’t even get a apology for not receiving or having to come

Poorly managed. Came in for the golden baked chicken. After running my card I was told it would be TWENTY MINUTES for a breast!!! I would not have been so upset if I would have been informed BEFORE ordering the golden chicken. I was told it would be TWO DAYS for a refund. I grudgingly accepted chicken strips which I was not in the mood for. It will be a LOOOOOOONG time before I eat again at a Golden Chick. Manager came off as a real jerk.
