Worst golden chick I have ever been to. Been a customer for over 15 years. I ask for spicy tenders n mash potatoes. . I never got spicy. Or mash potatoes.. repeat it before I got my food make sure it spicy.. Didn't get. Got my food notice no mash potatoes .. Dirty rice. I also for my mash potatoes. Got them. Drove off .. I have to say I go here at least twice a week for the last year and every single time I have gone I have been met with exceptional service! Coming from a customer service job myself, I feel that it is important to acknowledge when good employees are found. I have always been met with friendliness and swiftness! The young man who took my order a few minutes ago (about 9:50p on 9/26 was exceptional. Friendly, efficient. Upsold me to the combo, which I wasn't even considering. I'm happy he did, the green beans are great!! I thought he missed the jalapeño but no, it was there. Just a great experience. When I'm in the area, I will go back. Most of all friendly - like when I asked approx. how long it would take - he politely said it shouldn't take that long. So many people at other fast food...read full review
