Store was busy, and it was just one guy working. He was super professional and handled the line very efficiently.
I bought 2 ice creams for $12. We first sat outside, but then moved inside. Shortly after, the gentleman told us he would be closing in 1 minute, even though we weren’t finished. It felt rushed and a bit disappointing.
Really nice staff and great cookies
Literally the worst great American cookies I've ever been to. Spent 22 dollars on 6 cookies and ONE SLICE of cookie cake. All the cookies were hard and the cookie cake slice was the most mid thing I've ever ate in my life. Huge waste of money definitely wouldn't recommend this location.. I'm fine with paying good money for cookies but only if they're actually good not hard as a rock and flavorless.
Customer service was ok the younger guy was nice. I got a turtle cookie, looked delicious tasted bad. Cookie was very hard. Great American cookie is known for its soft delicious cookies. This franchise is doing a disservice to the brand. The other guy, (older guy) approached me and I informed him that the cookie was hard. He looked at me as if he was displeased and like what do you want me to do? He Said nothing. I said well can you warm the cookie or give me another one. He warmed it for me that didn’t help. I’m disappointed. Those cookies aren’t cheap. Do better. Don’t serve old cookies. Thanks

I highly recommend getting your cookie cakes from Great American Cookies at Firewheel! They did such an amazing job and were so patient in helping me decide on a design for my daughter’s cake! It looked amazing and tasted even better! Thank you to the gentleman that helped me. I didn’t get your name but your customer service was top notch!

The owner was super friendly and helpful! I needed a cookie cake ASAP and the owner told me he could have one ready and customized in 15-20 minutes. It was done in 10!!
I thot you stayed open till 830.Its 8 and you are closed.
