I was craving good tasty fried chicken with pickles, jalapeños and bread, so I went to my favorite place for this and it was Henderson Chicken. There is no place to eat there, just to go. There is a wait. I had also ordered gizzards but they were out, sad for me. I will go back. They were friendly and your food will be nice and hot.
I hadn't had Henderson's Chicken in over 30+ years. I recently moved back to the Dallas area and couldn't wait to try Henderson's. My wife said I should be prepared to be disappointed since so much time has passed. Well, no worries . This is fantastic chicken. The smell alone brought back so many memories. Yum.

Very small place, has been there for years in Garland Tx. 1st time I got gizzards they were a little to hard but I gave it another shot requested to fry it soft and they were delicious and so was the chicken wings customer service was very good they are friendly and professional.
