Update March 2024:Looks like they went the extra mile to appeal the photos I've attached as proof of their fraudulent acts. Don't know how they got my pics I uploaded to Google Maps reviews removed, but I'll try to do my appeal to re-upload my proof that these guys are crooks. Little guy fighting the big guy. You know what you did, HERMAN!!! Karma is real and all the dirty deeds you've done to others to advance yourself, will come back 10-folds. TBD.The pictures of the bottles on their website and related articles are of the photography work I did for them. After all said and done, never got compensated and they never returned my calls or emails. I don't have lawyers and legal financing to go after these crooks. I dropped it and called it a loss. 2 weeks worth of work and 2 drives from Arlington to Garland and met with Herman to discuss the job. About 3 years later, they're still using my photo for their own profit. Crooks and dishonest. This is all I can do, to defend myself. I have proof of all original work I did for them. The images attached here are screenshots from their Instagram. They're dated back to 2014, when they ripped me off. And these are just "some" examples. There are more.

Fantastic little tap room with a wide selection of spirits. Cozy atmosphere, great ambiance, and the distillery itself is just down the road which plans to open for tours in the very near future. Excited to come back!

We are so lucky to have Herman Marshall in the heart of downtown Wylie!!We went here on their opening day and have been coming back multiple times.There are plenty of craft cocktail options to choose from.Plenty of seating and a great space on the second floor for events!

This place is awesome. Not only does it have great atmosphere but every one of their Whiskeys are delicious. Enjoyed some live music along with some delicious locally distilled whiskey. Not much more you can ask for. Service was top notch. Felt like being a regular coming to your home bar even on our first time. Hope they get the recognition they deserve.

Visiting the area from Vermont today. We were looking at the storefront and were invited in for a quick mini-tour before HM was even open. Very welcoming ? I'm excited about trying a flight when we return Saturday evening. Live band!
