All I can say is you need to get over to "In The Cut Cafe".E. Walnut St, Garland TX, inside the Exxon station at the corner of Walnut and Country Club. 2 season to the Bone pork chops covered with seasoned fries, with a added bowl of fried cabbage with a kick (....and is?) that could feed 2 adults and 1. child. Dale the Kitchen Magician is truly working magic ✨. Going back soon for the fried gizzards everyone is giving 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐.
I went to this place for the first time today because I saw they had salmon croquettes. I love salmon croquettes! I called it and picked it up. When I went to get it, Chef Shaun said he was picky about his food and he thought he should be give me a discount it just wasn’t up to par. I had an order delivered. I am from Alabama and haven't found a restaurant here in Texas that tastes like what I am accustomed to back home. I think I have my spot!! I ordered the Lemmon pepper gizzard, collards with macaroni and cheese!!5 stars!!!Thank you In The Cut!!
