I completely understand the shortage of labor force and all the employees tried to keep up with the demand of food being ordered, but management needs to get more employees on the ground. Also, the lack of self serve drinks and napkins and stuff is a hassle.

We got great deals on food. Everyone was kind, but I asked twice if everything was in bag including the sauce and was told yes. Something told me to check. Sure enough no sauce for a 20 piece nugget. I had to get back in line to get sauce.

Went to pick up a mobile order this morning and one of the employees had the ordasity to drink out of my orange juice. Thank goodness my husband was in a hurry to get to work because I would have went back in there. I tried calling and got hung up on. What kind of person does that. People watch your order.
