Listen—this was my first times trying this place out and it was so good! The flavor is amazing, the service was great, and the Thai Tea was excellent too! I’ll definitely return to one of their other locations and I hope it tastes the same. ♥️

I had an amazing experience from the time I walked in. The restrooms were clean and well maintained. The food was DELICIOUS!! I had milk tea for the first time and it was so good. The customer service was top tier. I was definitely be back.

As I sit here waiting for my online order pickup, my only thought is that people have seem to lost the art of good customer service. Sure, the food could be late, thst happens. But how about showing some concern by giving me an update on how long it might be or offering to check for an update or offering me a drink while I wait.

No, waiting 11 minutes beyond the estimated time isn't going to ruin anything, but when you don't know how much longer it might be and it seems that nobody is concerned, the wait is frustrating.

Having vented, let me say that the food is great. I had the Singapore Noodles for the first time and with spice level 2, it still had a kick. The Garlic Broccoli is another favorite, both with chicken.

Service is always excellent. Staff is very nice. I love the pad see ew. Spice levels vary across location so you have to learn which one you like. I love Noodle Wave!

I initially came here on a whim because my favorite place is a bit far. I ordered panang curry with crab the first time. When coming in to pick up the host immediately assumed I was doordashing? Asking to me to confirm the order before he handed me my bag. I ordered online via their website and was picking up my PERSONAL order. Struck me as odd. My initial issue was the fact panang curry should be thick not watery, also as described on their website as well. The curry was like water. I then scooped a spoon through looking for crab meat. There was about a teaspoon of it. I called and spoke with someone who said they could make it over. Which I agreed to and asked specifically if I needed to bring the other order in because I could. They told me no. I then drove BACK to the restaurant and upon entering they asked if I was the one that called and did I have pictures??? I literally just asked on the phone if you needed me to physically bring the order in because I obviously wasnt going to eat it lol. I told them I would upload a photo via the review I was leaving. Which is attached and you can clearly see the difference in the remake. I can’t say they’re rude? But just doing a lot of things that didn’t make sense. All in all I don’t think i’d go out of my way to come back.

I went in without knowing what to expect, Haven't really tried Thai food before but the repair place a few doors down said its usually busy and it smelled good a few months back. Finally got a chance to try it on 12/04/25 and ordered the Fried Crab Woonsen. It tasted good except for the fried crab on top, something was just off. I enjoyed the food but left half the crab and took the rest of the noodles back to the office. It hit me super fast and I threw up at 3PM and had to use time off to go home for the day, I was sick Friday, Saturday and Sunday. I made it a point to go back to the office and throw the leftovers away on Sunday. It was today that I looked at the health score and realized that this is a problem restaurant. Definitely got food poisoning and will not be back. It's a shame because the reviews show it used to be great, Other people report food poisonings and problems with sour/rotten food and even bugs.

I'm not trying to roast the restaurant here, If they make some serious changes, use fresh food and proper safety precautions it could be great. If you want to eat here please check the food scores beforehand to see if they got any better.

Food is good. Got everything level 5 and was not super spicy. Green curry is delicious. Vinay is an outstanding waiter and went above and beyond for us. Highly recommend.

This used to be one of my favorite restaurants. I truly enjoy eating here but the past few visits I’ve had multiple problems with their food practices. I’ve had shards of plastic in my noodles, small bugs were found in my kids fried rice and as of recently they served my pad Thai with raw/ uncooked shrimp. I will say, each time I brought the matter up to them they tried to fix it to their best judgement whether it be comping the plate or taking 20% off the bill. When they are on point, the food is unbeatable. It’s just happened too frequently now that I can no longer ignore the poor health department score and bad food practices.

The staff were welcoming and dishes cooked to perfection. My wife and I enjoyed the papaya salad with peanuts tremendously and the presentation was great. Fantastic experience overall.
