Food was disgusting and it taste frozen
worst on the border i’ve ever been to. Fired the best general manger Paul Kirby. Had gone to crap after that. Maybe if they had better management they would have better employees.

I would first like to Thank Mick and the amazing team he assembled for us for the baby shower we hosted at this establishment. Mick was extremely gracious in accommodating all 55 of our guests as well as making sure we had a great time. The food, service, and hospitality were second to none and we're more than grateful we held our event here. My family will definitely be regulars here for sure. Thanks again!!

Each time we come to this location there is new staff but the service has improved a lot! They changed the way they make their frozen margaritas and the nachos are getting smaller but the price is still the same!

Food was nice and fresh and nothing better than having a refreshing customer service experience which happens few and far between now days which makes you more appreciative which it happens. I had Lucas as my server this evening and service was fantastic. Timing was prompt accurate and not over bearing.
Hold onto your good help On the Border 🙌

My husband and I visit On The Border 3-4 times a week. We are regulars who meet other regulars there at the bar to have some drinks, eat dinner and watch sports. We spend hundreds of dollars each week. First of all, now they have stopped turning the volume on the TV for sports. So, if you go to watch the Cowboys you have no sound just loud music. Makes no sense at all & when we ask the manager to turn the sound on, he states that he has to contact corporate for permission. Now they have started running out of certain liquors. Several of us like drinking Souther Comfort and they have been out of that liquor for over 3 weeks now. So we started drinking Crown Royal Apple. We went in yesterday & they are out of Crown Apple. So we asked for Don Julio tequila & guess what they are out of that too. We have been told that corporate is getting rid of most of the liquors. We will be looking for another restaurant to spend our money at. Very disappointed with this OTB.

Nice environment, waiter and customer service was pretty good, we ate for my daughters 16th birthday so I didn’t want to say much and ruin the mood but the food has definitely took a big turn downhill especially for the price. We ended up paying $250 for 7 adults and 2 toddlers which is fine but any other place we eat for $20-30 a person is bringing out top notch plates. To start the food was all warm, not one thing actually hot or steaming. My enchiladas weren’t even hot on the inside just a room temp. My daughter got the shrimp tacos & the shrimp was heavily overcooked almost crunchy or chewy which every chef should know is a no go. My sister ordered the baira tacos didn’t have choose oozing which was super awkward that’s always been my favorite part of that taco. The kitchen definitely could use some help as far as the food. I’d probably look into other options for my large party or birthday. Things have changed food wise at On The Border…
Great happy hour with a friend..drink specials and half priced apps!

I hadn’t visited this OTB in about 20 years and that’s probably not a bad thing! The service was slow and uncaring while the food left something to be desired. Boo.

Despite being an unusual spot for OTBs (I'm used to stand-alone buildings), the food and atmosphere very much matched the vibe and experience one would expect. The service, however, has been even better than typical OTB service (on two separate visits) - both waitresses were very warm, attentive but not overbearing, and pleasant. An overall great experience.

Had a great meal there this evening! Magen was super attentive, my drink never ran out! Her manager Katie came out and checked on us too, she was really friendly and made me feel welcome! I'll definitely be back for taco Tuesday!!!!
