We went there around 11, so it wasn’t busy. My mom is Spanish speaking only and has trouble hearing. I let the lady know and she just nodded. When my mom asked her the cashier questions, this was our first time there, the lady got annoyed and kept making faces at my mom. I told my mom let’s just go and didn’t buy anything.

I love this place. The food’s great, the atmosphere is wonderful, the employees (especially Dana) are exceptional, and the desserts are to die for! Also, their prices are affordable. I highly recommend this place! Food is sooo yummy! Dana took really good care of us, we are grateful and happy with her great customer service skills!

They’re always nice and friendly, their food is good and everything but I think that if they want give less product, they just gotta say it and give a good price for it but instead I’ve got my Fresas Dubai half full for 2 consecutive times. At first I thought I was tripping but then I went to Pleasant Grove Branch and I got the same half filled cup of Fresas Dubai so here they are … so ustedes juzguen

Great paletas got Menudo on a Saturday 19th around 8ish with patas, and maiz, got horribly ill with food poisoning. Now were afraid to try the palettas again very disappointing!!!!
